A tip is money you send straight to a streamer. It shows up on their stream with the alert you choose and your message.
- Go to the streamer's Streamloots page and click Send Tip.
- In “Choose your alert”, pick an animation. Its play button shows you what it looks like.
- Choose $3, $5, $10 or $20, or type another amount in “Tip amount”. The minimum is €1 or $1.
- Write a message if you like (200 characters at most).
- If you want your message read out loud on stream, pick a voice in “TTS Voice”.
- Click the Tip button, which shows the amount (for example, Tip $3), and complete the payment.
Before you pay, “Tip Preview” shows the alert as the streamer will see it. If there's no Send Tip button on the page, the streamer hasn't turned tips on.
Currency and Points
Tip amounts are in the streamer's currency, but you pay in your own, depending on your payment method. Some banks add a fee for this: see International Fees.
