The Points Store is where viewers can spend the points they’ve earned by supporting their favorite Streamers on Streamloots. Use these points to unlock exclusive customizations and rewards such as unique Powers.

How to Earn Points

You earn points for every euro or dollar spent supporting your favorite Streamers through:

• Buying packs

• Subscribing

• Donating in the feed

• Winning auctions

Conversion rates:

• 1 USD = 100 points

• 1 EUR = 113 points

How to Use Points

• Visit the Points Store in your account.

• Browse the available rewards and customizations.

• Redeem your points for the item you want—no extra payment needed.

Who Can Use the Points Store?

Currently, the Points Store is only for viewers to unlock customization items for their own experience. We’re working on adding new sections, so streamers can also get customization items for their pages.
