You have 15 days to request a refund of any purchased chest. This refund cannot be requested once you have opened a chest. If you have purchased a pack with more than one chest, you will not be able to request a refund once you open any of those chests. However, the money could be refunded if the payment is fraudulent.
If we detect a user buying packs only to have the purchase alert displayed, and then request a refund, the account will be blocked immediately.
To request a refund, please email support@streamloots.com through your Streamloots associated email address, including the following information:
- The buyer's username. E.g. MyPowerfulUsername
- The seller's username or page. Eg. TheAmazingContentCreator
- The purchase dates. E.g. On December 23rd 11:47PM
- Quantity and type of packs. E.g., 5 of x5, total 25 packs.
Once we have received the email, we will be able to locate the payment and will reply to you as soon as possible with a confirmation and ETA. Click here to submit a ticket.
