Sometimes, payments can take a few days in order to be confirmed and for the process to be completed.
This is not the usual case, but it can happen sometimes. You may be charged and not receive the packs immediately after that.
If you have been charged and didn't receive the packs within the next 3 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following details:
- Streamer page from which you purchased the packs
- Your username
- Purchase date
- Any other details that could help identify your payment
After receiving the email, we will investigate the case as soon as possible.
