Missing Cards: Common Causes

If you think you are missing cards from your inventory, please consider the following:

The streamer may have disabled or deleted cards/collections

There are times when streamers may disable or delete certain cards or collections. If you think that's the case, we recommend reaching out to them to confirm, as they might've forgotten to inform their viewers. 

Checking the wrong collection

Some streamers have more than one collection, so it's always a good idea to ensure you're looking for your cards in the right collection. You can switch collections by clicking on the different collection tabs.

Not Filtering Cards

Perhaps you have a ton of cards, and you can't locate the one you’re looking for. If that's the case, we always recommend filtering your cards by 'Available' using the filter option within a specific collection.
