Expired Payments in Hyperwallet

Payments in Hyperwallet will expire if not withdrawn after 180 days. If this happens, expired payments will be re-processed automatically on the first week of the month, between the 2nd and 7th.

However, if payments expire in mid-month, please submit a ticket here, and we'll return them to your Streamloots balance for the money to be sent again on the next payout date.
