Configuring Streamloots Pay Portal

We use Hyperwallet, an official PayPal service, as a payment portal. This portal allows all parties to send money faster and increases the available payment methods. The available payment methods depend on the country and currency you choose, but the most common ones are PayPal and bank account.

You will need to set up this portal the first time you receive a payment through it. If this is your first payment via Hyperwallet or Streamloots, you will also receive an email to activate and link your Hyperwallet account with your Streamloots account. This email is received on the payment day in your PayPal configured email and has the following format: “You received a payment from Streamloots — Activation required”.

In order to receive the activation email, you must first configure your PayPal email. You will receive the activation email in the PayPal configured email.

The activation email is received on payday (usually the 15th of each month) only if:

• You have a pending payment on Streamloots
• You haven't activated your account in the new payment portal before.

You will also receive an email to track each payment that Hyperwallet sends to your configured withdrawal method, as long as you have more than $20 in your balance that month.

Once you receive the activation email, you will need something called a Streamloots ID. This is a string of alphanumeric characters unique to each user, which serves to link your Streamloots account to the new payment portal account. You can easily find it in your Revenue within the “Payout configuration” panel. (Check the video)

The following fields in the form are optional:

• Social security number or Government ID
• Middle name

Make sure to fill in the form with your real personal information to avoid any inconsistency between the personal details in the form and the ones registered in your bank account, as the payment may not be completed successfully. Once you have everything configured, and you have selected a payment method, you will automatically receive your payment every month.
