In the vast majority of cases, not receiving the activation email is due to your email account filtering or moving the activation email to Spam/Junk. Therefore, please make sure to check the Spam folder of your email account.
It's also possible that your email contains a typo. If that's the case, please submit a ticket here, so we can provide a solution.
A third scenario would be that you're still not meeting the requirements for payment and therefore won't receive the activation email yet. Keep in mind that the activation email is generated and sent automatically once you're eligible to withdraw your first payment. More information here: Configuring Streamloots Pay Portal
