Adding Alerts in TikTok Live Studio

You can use Streamloots with TikTok Live Studio by adding your alerts and widgets as a Link Source.

Requirements

Before you begin, make sure you have:

• A Streamloots account
• TikTok Live Studio installed
• Access to your Streamloots Alerts and Widgets URLs

Step 1: Install TikTok Live Studio

Download and install TikTok Live Studio from TikTok's official website.

Once installed, launch the application and sign in with your TikTok account.

Step 2: Configure Your Stream

Set up your preferred streaming layout by configuring:

• Webcam
• Microphone
• Audio sources
• Resolution and stream settings

Step 3: Add a Link Source

In TikTok Live Studio:

1. Open your scene.
2. Go to the Sources section.
3. Click Add Source.
4. Select Link Source.

Step 4: Copy Your Streamloots Widget URL

In Streamloots:

1. Open your Dashboard.
2. Go to Alerts & Widgets.
3. Copy the URL of the widget or alert you want to display.

Step 5: Paste the URL into TikTok Live Studio

Return to TikTok Live Studio and paste the Streamloots URL into the Link Source.

The widget should appear automatically in your scene.

Step 6: Position the Widget

Resize and move the widget to the desired location on your stream layout.

You can place it anywhere on screen without affecting its functionality.

Step 7: Test Your Setup

Before going live:

1. Redeem a test card.
2. Verify that alerts appear correctly.
3. Check that sounds and animations work as expected.
