Within your Alerts' settings, you have the option to enable an automatic alert that promotes your page after 45 minutes of inactivity in the alerts' widget. This can be useful to remind your viewers about your public page and collections. To enable/disable this alert:
- Go to Alerts & Widgets
- Scroll down to Advanced Configuration
- Check/uncheck the second option as shown below
