If you enter the wrong password too many times, Hyperwallet blocks your account for security and shows the message “Login Failed. Error 104. Contact customer support for assistance.”
You can't unlock it yourself. Open a payments ticket with your Streamloots username and we'll ask Hyperwallet to unlock it.
