Using the Activity Feed as a Tracker

Aside from keeping track of past interactions, the Activity Feed can also serve as a tracker for pending interactions, if perhaps you can't perform one at a given time. It's a good habit to mark interactions as done whenever you've performed one. Completed interactions will have a green checkmark, and pending ones will have a checkbox for you to fill.
