There are three reasons why your sales can decrease.
The money has been sent to your PayPal account
The main reason is that when we send the money to your PayPal account, it disappears from your Streamloots balance. The money will go to the PayPal account you have set up in the “Settings and Payments” tab of your sales page.
The payment day is usually the 15th of each month, unless it is a weekend or holiday in Spain, which will be the next business day.
In the Transactions tab of your sales page, you will see a new entry indicating Withdrawal with the amount that has been sent to your PayPal account.
One of your buyers has requested a refund
Streamloots purchases can be returned within 15 days as long as the chests have not been opened. Once the user has opened the chests or 15 days have passed, no returns can be requested.
The return request must be very well justified, as alerts are usually raised for purchases on the stream. If it is suspected that a purchase is made only for the alert to appear and then a refund is requested, the user could be blocked from Streamloots.
In cases where there has been a return of your purchases, you will see a new entry in the transaction listing of type Return.
Purchases are suspected of fraud
Streamloots implements several mechanisms to prevent purchase fraud. However, these mechanisms are not 100% reliable. If there is suspicion that a purchase is fraudulent, the money from all purchases of that user will be frozen and the user who made the purchase will be blocked until he/she provides proof that the purchase is genuine.
Blocked users cannot redeem cards or buy more chests until they have been unblocked.
If any of your sales have been frozen due to suspected fraud, you will see the amount in the Settings & Payments tab of your sales page:
