Configuring Chatbot

The Streamloots chatbot allows you to send alerts to your Twitch chat so you and your community can stay informed on all the Streamloots activity.

You can enable chatbot by going to the Alerts & Widgets section in the side menu. If you're new to Streamloots, make sure to set up your Alerts beforehand, as they'll be required for all chatbot features to work. Once in the chatbot menu, you'll find a description of what every toggle and feature can do.

As a first step, it's essential that you enable the Streamloots bot as a moderator. You can do so by typing /mod streamlootsbot in your Twitch chat. From here, you can choose the rest of the actions you would like the chatbot to create:

• Card Alert
  • Sends a message to your channel chat when someone plays a card. By default, only Legendary and Epic cards are sent as alerts.
• Purchase Alerts
  • Sends a message to your channel chat when someone buys or gifts a pack.
    
• Ranking Alerts
  • Sends a message to your channel every 20 minutes displaying the ranking of your top supporters
• Enable Bid Alerts
  • Sends a message to your channel when someone bids on an auction
