What Is the Community Ranking?
A friendly competition between the streamers who use Streamloots. The more activity your page has, the higher you climb, and each season has prizes.
Where Can I See My Rank?
Open the Community Ranking from your Dashboard or from the Revenue page.
What Is Community Love?
It's what the ranking measures, and it decides how far along you are in your division. It goes up with packs sold, completed auctions and cards your viewers redeem, craft or destroy.
How Do Divisions Work?
There are four: Krypto, Crystal, Onyx and Titanium. Each one has its own prizes. Some are raffled among everyone in the division when the season ends; others are only for the top streamers in the division. You get the prizes of the division you're in when the season ends, not the ones you passed through.
Can I Drop to a Lower Division?
No. Once you go up, you stay. Your top % can go down, though.
How Does the Top % Work?
It shows your position within your division, and the lower the better: top 0.1% means only 0.1% of the streamers in your division are ahead of you. It resets when you move up.
What Prizes Are There This Season?
They change every season. Check the Community Ranking page.
When Does the Season End?
The time left is shown on the Community Ranking page, in the “Current position” box.
How Do I Get My Prize?
Some prizes, like Powers, arrive automatically within a week and you get a notification. For prizes that need your personal details, someone from our team will email you. Keep an eye on the email linked to your Streamloots account.
