Probably the Streamloots conection to your main streaming platform has been invalidated. This is a security mechanism that is activated from time to time. Follow the following steps to fix it:
- Go to your profile page.
- Scroll down until "Third party integrations" section.
- Click on "Reconnect" your main streaming platform.
- Once your main streaming platform has been reconnected, the "Check profile changes" button should work again.
