Coupons and Configuration

Coupons let you run promotions for your viewers. Create them in Coupons, in the side menu. There are two types:

• Free packs: a link that gives one free pack to each viewer who opens it, until the uses run out or it expires.
• Discount percentage: a code viewers enter when buying packs to get a discount. It needs a minimum purchase to apply.

Settings for Both Types

• Number of uses: how many viewers can use it. Each viewer can only use it once.
• Code: generated automatically, but you can write your own, something easy to remember on stream.
• Collections: by default it works in all of them. You can limit it to some. The collection must be published.
• Expiration date: optional. The coupon expires at 00:00 on the date you choose, so if you pick January 25, it works until 23:59 on January 24. Without a date, it ends when the uses run out.

Discount Percentage

The maximum is 50%. We recommend between 5% and 20%, and keeping bigger discounts for very special occasions.

Free Packs

Each use gives one pack. For now you can't change the number.
