You don't have to pay anything when you gift chests to your viewers (or to yourself). However, we recommend not giving away too many chests as your viewers will end up with a lot of free cards and Streamloots will lose value for them.
Also, remember that to see the option to gift packs to a specific user in the side menu, you must unlock all platform features.
