You have another account connected with Twitch, Facebook, and/or YouTube
If you have another Streamloots account linked to Twitch, Facebook, or YouTube, perhaps you made some purchases or received some gifts. Unfortunately, we can't merge accounts with purchases in both accounts.
However, you can choose to keep one of them. If you want to keep the new account you have access to, please contact us by opening a ticket at this link.
We'll reply to you with information about the ETA, and we'll start the process to merge both accounts.
If you already have a new account with purchases and don't want to lose any of the cards you have, you could create a third new account. That way, you can keep the new one, and use the most recent one to recover your Mixer connected account. This, however, involves managing two accounts until you or your viewers have spent your cards.
You can’t access Streamloots because you only have one account connected with Mixer
If you have access to your account, you can still connect another platform to your account. To do so, please refer to this article.
However, if you only had your Streamloots account connected with Mixer, and you are not able to log in with Mixer, we can give you temporary access to your account. In order to get this temporary access and the steps to recover your account, please email us at support@streamloots.com from your Mixer email, providing the username.
It's very important, to verify your identity and send the email from the email you used in Mixer. Once we have verified your identity, we will reply to you with the steps to follow.
Once you get the reply, you must follow the email instructions and connect your account with at least another platform (Twitch, Facebook, and/or YouTube) to allow you to access your account.
