Progression in Streamloots is based on different ranks. Each rank has its own perks: Streamer, Affiliate, and Partner. More information on how to reach these ranks can be found here.
You can check your rank's perks in your Dashboard by going to the Affiliate perks or Partner perks button in the achievements panel. These are the Partner special perks:
