You have 15 days to request a refund of any purchased chest. This refund cannot be requested once you have opened a chest.
If you have purchased a pack with more than one chest, you will not be able to request a refund once you open any of those chests.
However, the money could be refunded if the payment is fraudulent.
If we detect a user buying packs only to have the purchase alert displayed, and then request a refund, the account will be blocked immediately.
